Yes. You will be able to access each respondent's report before you meet with them for their feedback discussion.

Where possible, your volunteer respondents’ MBTI® Step I™ reports will be added to your certification account during the first instructor-led module of the program (module 2). If a volunteer has not completed the MBTI assessment by this time, we will add their report to your account within 48 hours of their completing and submitting the assessment.

You can access your volunteer respondents’ reports by following these steps on your certification account:

1. Choose “Resume” under Step 5 of the certification schedule to access your online learning content.
2. Click or tap "More" in the course toolbar, then choose "Back to courses."
3. Hover over your name and choose "My files" from the list.
4. Find your volunteer respondent's report in the list.
5. Click or tap the "Download" icon on the right to download the report in pdf format.

Volunteer respondents’ MBTI® Step II™ reports will be added to your certification account after you’ve completed module 8 of the program. These reports are not required to achieve certification; they are provided to help you practice Step II feedback after you’ve completed the certification program if you’d like to.
