You can remove a respondent after creating your project only if you have not yet downloaded reports for the respondent. This is important to remember if you selected Yes for the Auto-Generate Reports option when creating your project, as reports are generated and downloaded automatically as respondents complete their assessments.
Note: When you remove a respondent you are also deleting all the respondent’s assessment responses and will not be able to undo this action.
To remove a respondent, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Click on the Projects + Reports navigation tab and search for the project in the Projects table.
Step 2. Once you have found the project, click the Manage button in the Actions column of the Projects table. This will take you to the Manage Respondents + Download Reports tab in Project Details.
Step 3. From here, scroll down to the Respondent List and use the search bar to find the respondent you would like to remove from the project.
Step 4. Once you have found the respondent you would like to remove, click on the Remove link below the respondent’s information.
Step 5. After you click this link you must confirm that you want to remove this respondent by clicking Yes, Remove in the Remove Respondent pop-up.
Step 6. When your respondent has been removed from the project, a success message will appear letting you know that the respondent has been removed successfully.
