Yes. To edit a respondent’s name follow the steps below.
Step 1. Click on the Projects + Reports navigation tab. In the Projects table, search for the project your respondent is in.
Note: If you do not remember the project your respondent is in, use the Search Respondents feature on the Dashboard
Step 2. Once you have found the project, click the Manage button in the Actions column of the Projects table, which will take you to the Manage Respondents + Download Reports tab in Project Details.
Step 3. From here, scroll down to the Respondent List and use the search bar to find the respondent whose name you would like to edit.
Step 4. Once you have found the respondent you would like to edit, click on the Edit link below the respondent’s information. After you click this link, an Edit Respondent pop-up will appear.
Note: You cannot edit the respondent’s email address. Respondents can edit their email address by logging in to their Elevate® account at elevate.themyersbriggs.com. Edits made by your respondents will be updated in your account automatically.
Step 5. From here you can edit the respondent’s first name, last name, and verified MBTI® type, if entered. When you have finished editing the respondent’s information, click the Save button to save your changes.
Once you click Save, the Edit Respondent pop-up will close and you will see a success message confirming that your changes have been saved successfully.
