Only new reports that you have not yet downloaded are taken from your inventory at the time you click download. Re-downloads are always free.

If you have selected Auto-Generate reports (available as on option only with Invitation Only type projects) or are using the MBTI®Complete report or any report where you have allowed the respondent to download their own results the inventory will be removed once the respondent completes the assessment.

Note: New reports have a New tag that appears before the report name, and previously downloaded reports have a Downloaded tag.
