Once you have successfully emailed support materials to your respondents, they will receive an email from no-reply@themyersbriggs.net with a link.
Clicking on the link will take your respondents to the Elevate® login page, where they can log in to their account.
Note: Respondents who forget their password can click on the Forgot Password? link to reset it.
Once your respondents log in to their account, they will see a Downloadable Items tab on their dashboard. To download the support materials, your respondents must click on the Downloadable Items tab. Then, click on the Download button next to the support material name.
Note: Respondents will see the Downloadable Items tab only if you have emailed them the support materials.
The first time your respondents download a support material, they must accept the terms and conditions. Once they click Agree, the download will be begin.
Note: Support materials are taken from your inventory the first time respondents download them. Re-downloads are always free.
