To email support materials to your respondents, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Click on the Manage Respondents + Download Reports tab in Project Details and scroll down to the Respondent List.
Step 2. Click on the Support Materials subtab next to the Reports subtab.
Note: The Support Materials subtab will appear only if you have already added support materials to your project.
Step 3. From this tab you can email support materials to your respondents and check on the download status of each support material. Use the search bar to find individual respondents, or filter by respondent status, email status, download status, or support material to narrow your search.
Step 4. Once you have found the respondent or respondents you want to email support materials to, check the box or boxes in the Email Support Materials column. Then, scroll up to the column header and click the Email Support Materials button.
Note: A dash in this column indicates that you have already sent the support material to the respondent.
Pro tip: Checking the box in the header will select all the support materials in the table.
Step 5. Before sending the email you will be able to edit it from the Email Support Materials pop-up. You can edit the subject, greeting, and message. Once you have finished editing your email, click Send to send it.
Note: You may need to use the scrollbar on the right to view all the content in the pop-up.
Once your emails have been sent, a success message will appear on the screen. Respondents will be able to access the support materials immediately by logging in to their Elevate® account at elevate.themyersbriggs.com
