To change your account email address, follow the steps below.
Step 1. Click on Account in the global navigation. Then, click Account Management from the drop-down menu. This will take you to the Account Management page.
Step 2. Click on Security Profile in the left-hand navigation. This will take you to the Security Profile page.
Step 3. From here you can edit your email address, password, and phone number, as well as your security question and answer. When you have made all your edits, enter your current password and click the Submit button to save your changes. If you do not see the Submit button, scroll down.
Note: Changing your email address will change your login information. Remember, your email address serves as your username when you log in to Elevate® at elevate.themyersbriggs.com.
