If you are Myers-Briggs certified, or otherwise eligible, as a practitioner you have access to view the MBTI type preferences of team members, the team type preference, you can download reports, and you can see additional preference pair data related to your team

If you are not MBTI certified, or otherwise eligible, practitioner, then only members within the team may see the team type results, and types of other members through their online experience (after their assessment and ILS is complete).

Step 1: Accessing results

From your main MBTIonline Teams page you can select the more actions button on the team you wish to view and select Team Results. 

You may also view the team’s page and then select View Team Results.

Step 2: Viewing results

If the team is still in progress, then only completed members will show on the MBTI type table and the team MBTI type will be pending. Once the team is completed, you can view all members results, the team MBTI type, and download all reports for the team from this page. 

Step 3: Viewing preference distribution

These tables show the distribution of preference combinations on this team. This information can be useful for highlighting preferences (or combinations) that are over- or underrepresented on the team. Use this information to form groups for activities, guide group discussions, or choose application areas to focus on with the team.

On the results page, select the question mark button next to the title to learn more about each specific table.
