Step 1: Select the team you want to remind members to complete their assessment.

From the MBTIonline Teams page you can select the View team link on the card of the team that you wish to remind team members to complete their assessments. Once selected you’ll be taken to the view team page of the selected team.

Remind in bulk from the MBTIonline Teams page: You can also remind team members from this page by selecting the actions icon in the right-hand corner of the Team member card you wish to remind all team members. From the actions dropdown select Remind all. Once selected, you will be shown the team members of that team that will be reminded. To complete reminding all team members, select Yes remind. 

Step 2: Select team member(s) to remind.

From the View team page, you can select the team member who needs to be reminded to complete their assessment from the team member list by selecting the actions dropdown and clicking on the Remind option.

Remind in bulk from the View Team page: To remind multiple team members to complete their assessments at the same time you can use the bulk remind function. Select the checkbox in the left header of the team member list table. Once selected, then choose the Remind all button.

Step 3: Confirm Reminder

Once selected, you will be shown the team members of that team that will be reminded. To complete reminding all team members, select Yes remind.
