I’m a former SkillsOne customer who has migrated to Elevate and has access to old SkillsOne reports via my Elevate account. What will happen to those reports?

You will have access to those old SkillsOne reports through November 1, 2024, after which we will start deleting all respondent personal information older than 18 months old at that time, which includes these reports. If you wish to keep these reports, we advise you to download and save them to your device.
