Yes, but only if the license has not yet been activated.
Step 1.Click on Inventory in the navigation tab.
Step 2. Click on Myers-Briggs App in the sub-navigation tab.
Step 3. Find the respondent on the list of assigned licenses. You can search by first name, last name, email OR you can filter by ‘Active’ or ‘Not Active’. If you have a lot of licenses we recommend filtering by ‘Not Active’ since those are the licenses that can be reassigned.
Step 4. Hover over the respondent’s name and click the ‘edit’ icon
Step 5. Enter the new respondent name and email address then click the Save button.
Step 6. Email the new respondent. Hover over their name and you will see an email icon at the end of the row. Click the email icon to send the email containing the link to download the app and the token code they will need when registering the app.
Please note: You cannot edit the email content
An alternative option is to delete the original respondent license by selecting the respondent and clicking the remove icon. That license will then be returned to your inventory (total number of licenses available) and you can then add the new respondent in the Assign Licenses tab.
